My Weight Gain JOURNEY, STARTS NOW !

ITS ABOUT TIME I JUST STOPPED THINKING ABOUT HOW I'M GOING TO DO THIS AND STARTED DOING SOMETHING, so here goes nothing....

Today's the day guys, I'm officially starting my weight gain journey and I want you to come along with me.

My story begins almost 3 an a bit years ago when I became ill and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Due to this illness I went from a healthy UK size 10 to barely fitting into a size 6. This was all a massive change for me and I struggled with being so underweight.

Last April 18th 2014
My weight has been going up an down ever since. currently I've managed to keep my weight between 7/8 stone for a while. Recently I just came out of a week in hospital an realised I really need to put more effort into trying to sort my diet, fitness an general health out. Hopefully by sharing my story, tips an struggles I might be able to help someone else gain weight but in a healthy way or others might be able to give me some pointers.

My aim is to no longer be underweight, learn to love my body and gain back my loss of body confidence, tone up, eat healthy and well hopefully help someone else on their weight gain journey.

                                                  3rd September 2015

Sometimes you just need that little push in the right direction, something to inspire you and keep you on the right track.
I'm going to put together different meal ideas, natural supplements, exercises, motivational stuff and anything else that springs to mind so stay tuned.

P.S. please feel free t leave a comment with any ideas that you think might help on a weight gain journey :)

stay blessed

  1. Thanks for sharing your weight loss journey with us! Great work!

You should be proud of yourself, Jordana! :)

Speaking of losing weight, it can be done with zero exercise minutes per day. Weight loss comes down to energy balance, as long as you’re eating fewer calories than you are burning (you burn calories every second, regardless of what you’re doing), you will lose weight. Exercise is one way to manipulate this energy balance and increase the amount of calories burned.

So yes, it is certainly possible to exercise for 1 minute and lose weight.

1 minute of specific weight loss routines, is equivalent to 45 minutes of moderate exercise at the gym

To be honest, I don't know too much more about it other than it working great for me and hubby, click here to take their 1 minute quiz: 1 Minute Weight Loss

I highly suggest your readers check it out if they're looking to lose your weight easily once and for all.

    Good luck!
